Excellent quiet location near to Sutton Bonington campus
Positive: Very clean and tidy
Negative: Mattress was getting a bit worn but wasn't a major problem

Just right for us for a short stay with family
Positive: Very well thought out and good design of the space. Modern decor. Flooring very nice. Beds comfortable and nice soft bed linen.

Great value, very comfortable.
Positive: It was clean and well equipped. Nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, great to have a dishwasher and washing machine. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect.
Negative: Very little- at a push the shower head holder needs tightening as it slips.
