A lovely, cosy home from home
Positive: We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home from home. It was very comfortable with a lovely cosy feel! Brilliant staff who are on hand to help if needed. Thank you for your warm and friendly hospitality!

Right under the flight path, no parking, cheap mattresses - poor nights sleep.
Positive: Internally the property was relatively well kept, not high end, but acceptable - the location is also very good for the airport, you aren't going to miss your plane as (a) the plane noise will keep you awake so you won't oversleep; and (b) you can probably flag down your plane to stop as it flies directly over the top of the property.
Negative: My main issues were:
(1) it's literally right under the flight path, so the bedroom on the upper floor was really noisy;
(2) the mattresses are very poor quality (you can almost fall between the springs, think cheapest mattress possible from a discount store);
(3) the downstairs bedroom had a moldy smell to it (not surprising as no heating was on, and it's a damp alley outside), maybe others wouldn't notice, but I live in a very old house so noticed the smell immediately;
(4) it's true what people say about there being no parking, there is 'road parking' (which isn't how Booking.com defines a property having parking), but I only managed to park outside the property on 1 out of 3 attempts, so had it been raining we would have been soaked;
(5) I don't know why, once you have booked via Booking.com they then want you to go to another website to give them your details again, the point of Booking.com is to make it easy for people, so they shouldn't really be on the site if they want to operate more directly;
(6) the hosts aren't very responsive or helpful, they say its quickest to message them (not call) if you need anything urgently - I messaged to ask how the radiators in the property worked (as they were all off, and there was one with a remote and LED screen but no information / welcome documents at all explaining how to use it, and their 'online' guest guide was essentially useless), it took them 1.5hrs to reply to tell me "the heating is operated via the radiators" (which wasn't helpful, seemed they didn't know how they worked either) - regardless, if there was a problem getting in and you had to wait 1.5 hours for a reply you'd be pretty annoyed;
(7) they were constantly sending me long messages with loads of unimportant information on them, whereas perhaps responding to messages in less than 1.5 hours and a proper welcome / guest guide would have been a better use of their time.

Positive: Nice cosy apartment. Clear instructions to check in. Quite street. Close by grocery. Ample parking places around. Good communication via WhatsApp and Phone with Staff.
Negative: No dryer, although washing machine was there. Not practical for 5 people, but excellent for 4 adults (We stayed at the Woodloft)
