Positive: Parking , good facilities quiet , one of the better places I have stayed in Southampton

Positive: Everything you need in a small studio appartment. Relatively close to town center. Stayed for a few weeks while doing some studies at Solent U. Laundry machines are on site and free to use.

Very nice studios
Positive: I often find aparthotels a bit grim but this one was very nice. It's modern and chic with good facilities. I had a room at the back of the house which was very quiet.
Negative: Maybe a few more implements in the kitchen would be useful, but nothing major. The area is a quiet residential area, which was peaceful and safe but there wasn't much going on (no nearby restaurants or shops).
