A good short term stay location witn all the facilities needed for a couple. 😃😃 Positive: Location, cleanliness and facilities were excellent for what we needed as a couple. A great place to stay if travelling to Southampton. Although everything was organised online, staff responded promptly and assisted us with all questions - booking and accessing the property was seamless. Negative: The bed was not the most comfortable. All other facilities were good.

Positive: Good location near the university Negative: No real complaints - a filter coffee maker would have been a nice addition.

Positive: Cleanliness of the apartments. Environment Location Value for money. Communication was great,e en though I would rather face to face contact/conversation. Negative: I didn't like the fact that I was unable to speak to a member of staff face to face. Would be nice to have a staff on site in case of emergency.
