Positive: Excellent location close to the centre of Southampton. The pictures of the apartment are an accurate reflection of how it looks in reality. The apartment was clean and bright, and the Guides we received from the business were very helpful for if we needed to figure out how to use any of the appliances. The check in process was clear and we had no trouble getting into our apartment. We had a few messages during our stay to confirm we were happy and offer any assistance we might need, which was appreciated. We felt like we could reach out if we needed to. A very relaxing stay.
