The lights didn’t work in our arrival- we had been made aware there was a problem prior to arriving. A lamp was delivere Positive: Small but had everything we needed for a few days. Clean and nicely decorated

Very effective fire alarm. Positive: Location. Negative: The fire alarm goes off on a weekly occurrence (sometimes twice a week if you’re lucky), takes nearly an hour on average for someone to come and turn off the alarm (set off by anything), no number to phone and speak to someone in charge of the property which is distressing when stood outside with the fire alarm going off and having to have a WhatsApp message conversation when the fire brigade are turning up…. Nor any assurance as to when someone is going to turn off the alarm. Which in itself is a good alarm, incredibly loud would just be nice if it went off when there’s a fire. Customer service believes this is acceptable as it’s a safety measure saving us from burnt toast and long showers.
