Positive: Comfortable room and spacious bathroom, nicely decorated, easy to communicate with the remote staff members, quick solution to problems.
Negative: We have had to change rooms twice as the one initially allocated smelled of cigarette very badly.
The room in which we ended up staying had a very small window, no ventilation, very uncomfortable during one of the hottest weeks of the year.
