Unsafe Positive: Manager and agent on the texts were excellent. Negative: The keys were missing. The previous guest still had them, and then used them to try and gain access to the room at 23:45hrs. He then with his colleague slammed their own room door every hour until 2am. My partner was very scared about our security.
