The staff who attended to sort a very minor TV issue are impeccable, Mark the guy that emailed me from Shetland properties demonstrated a total emotionally lack of intelligence and if he could have discussed my concerns he would have seen why I thought he had a high level of arrogance. Negative: Appalled by the unapproved intrusive CCTV. Totally appalling.
