Wonderful week of birding in Shetland. Positive: Beautiful property, excellent facilities and perfect location to enjoy Lerwick. Negative: The door was a pain to open and close. But that's literally the only gripe so you know you're on to a winner if you stay here.

10/10. We loved our time there. Positive: It was spacious, spotless and in a perfect location. Within walking distance of all of Lerwick. It was full of light. Quite even on a Saturday night. The kitchen was wonderful to work in. Negative: Ok if we’re being a little picky the bathroom sinks were a little tough to brush your teeth and wash your teeth because you banged your head. But it was a very minor inconvenience.

Had a great time and the perfect base to explore from. Positive: Location was excellent and the quality of the finish and furnishings inside were of a very high quality. Negative: The garden wasn’t great for dogs but adequate.

Would love to come back again. Positive: We loved the whole house. Very comfy beds. Location was brilliant for up helly aa. Also was able to get early check in and late checkout which made a difference for us. Negative: Liked everything.
